The GOP is truly clueless. They think people would ever vote for them again, even given the outside chance votes will again count in an election.

This was a full House vote, not a vote of the GOP caucus. Dems control the House and they were unanimous in voting to remove her. Although a small handful (11 of 211) of GOP did vote with them, it did not matter.

"The GOP is truly clueless. They think people would ever vote for them again..."

I'm now registered as "no party," and won't ever vote for a Republican again. Living in New York State, I can't vote in primaries unless I'm registered as a Democrat or Republican. And, I still don't have a Congressional rep because District NY-22 is being fought out in court. I haven't heard one thing about the GOP helping Claudia Tenney through any of this, but there have been reports of Congressional Democrats sending observers to the court proceedings.

From a Twitter post I found on patriots.win (formerly thedonald.win), Perkins-Coie is representing Democrat Brindisi. Here is the link to the Twitter post at patriots.win:

Twitter post re: NY-22nd Congressional District

He highlights Perkins-Coie claiming that the tabulation machines undercounted hundreds if not thousands of votes, and that those machine errors disproportionately affected Brindisi.

Now Brindisi is asking that Tenney who has about a 123 vote lead, not be seated while his appeal is ongoing.
