It has probably been a while since you've been called to active duty, but I'm pinging you to this thread because the title is bugging the heck out of me:

Shouldn't the verb "testify" be in the subjunctive mood, which is to say, it should read "Democrats demand Trump testify about his role..."?
The caveat is that this is a British publication, and they sometimes do things differently.
What say you, Sensei?
