I wish everyone would calm down. Lawsuits require adverse parties. If the parties don’t disagree, the lawsuit should end. Though we don’t like the result, the new government is perfectly within its rights to abandon and stop advocating the positions of the old. Except in Judge Sullivan’s court, that’s just the way it goes. This should not be controversial
