It’s pretty disgusting to have a Chief Justice who is a coward.

Remember when Flynn’s case was dropped?

I’m not savy to how to how gov works.

Why does this illegal pre-sent seem to have more power than other presidents and gets away with it?

Call me paranoid but I firmly believe that there’s not a lawyer in this land who can be trusted to *always* do the right thing.

Wasn’t the basis of the case to determine the President’s authority to use these funds against the will of Congress?

I would think that this a perfect question to address the constitutional spending authority the Executive Branch regardless of a shift in policy by another president.

We’re all citizens of the world now.
Get ready to share your ill-gotten gains with those according to their needs.

Must’ve been another threat of riots.

Yes. SCOTUS justices are shaking in fear over them. Dems can set off days of looting and burning with one text from BLM.

They also know the conservative, patriotic side poses a threat of an emotional call to radio hosts such as Levin or Hannity ---in their first broadcast hour. And a possible post on a forum. Makes the justices stop and think./s

We were just getting to the place where we weren’t hearing about American citizens being raped and/or chopped to pieces by a machete wielding MS13 member and apparently Biden’s base needs the additional drama.

I wish everyone would calm down. Lawsuits require adverse parties. If the parties don’t disagree, the lawsuit should end. Though we don’t like the result, the new government is perfectly within its rights to abandon and stop advocating the positions of the old. Except in Judge Sullivan’s court, that’s just the way it goes. This should not be controversial

“Good thing conservatives have a 6-3 majority of the Supreme!”

Apparently Roberts is in maximum bully mode when it comes the the others, especially the three new ones. There were people near the building where SCOTUS was when Texas, et al., sent their case re elections. They reported that there was a lot of shouting going on.

The court is wrong.

Simplified it.

SCOTUS has tossed aside The Constitution, just like the D’rats and RINOs.

Breathtaking how quickly we are becoming Oceania.

But, it’s been long in the planning among the true power people.

Flynn's case was night of the living dead. But it's not uncommon for new administrations to drop court challenges that don't fit their agenda.

On the upside, the issue hasn't been settled by SCOTUS. On the downside, Joe isn't hamstrung by favorable decisions.

That’s a fun story that’s gone around except SCOTUS were meeting via zoom and not in person.

I wonder if Trump’s three nominees were aware of the corruption within SCOTUS when they were sworn in.

That’s gotta be one of my favorite clips from Josey Wales, the best Western of all time.

The dog that would growl after getting tobacco juice on the head was precious. I’ve looked for a clip but haven’t found it yet.
