Families suffering vaccine injury often find out too late that they cannot file for compensation.
And, any compensation is limited, due to the 1986 Drug Import and Payment for Vaccine Injuries Bill

Oh it’s limited alright, to 6-figure payouts. Some years the AVERAGE is $500,000. And there’s no medical proof necessary to get paid. All you have to do is provide a plausible explanation for how you THINK a vaccine MIGHT have caused an injury and you get paid.
And with that low bar for evidence and that huge payday waiting for you, how often do they pay out? About 1 per 1 million vaccinations.
If no on tells a victim of iatrogenic injury about the compensation in due time (IIRC you need to file within 2 yrs), you are SOL.
2a lies about the low bar. The Court is secretive, the bar is high, no one knows about it, MDs tell parents that the vaccine has no relation to the injury. People more likely to suffer vax injury have family history of autoimmune disorders and poor living conditions (more heavy metals in food and water). The Court is predisposed to reject claims. Hannah Poling’s award was massive and needed.
Why does the medical community not perform the MTHFR and urine organic acid tests before vaccinating? Should be malpractice, but MDs like the $$ they receive as bonuses for high rates of vax in their practices.
