Newsmax has been sued by Dominion Voting Machines for reports that their voting equipment and software was part of the rampant election fraud that subverted the results of the election and gave Joe Biden the victory. This prompted an awkward moment as Sellers began reading the legal notice prepared for instances like these while Lindell continued to speak about it.

And Newsmax's liability insurance company is probably forcing Newsmax to react like this to any Dominion Software allegations in order to keep their insurance coverage intact.

Just like you can't buy fire insurance then deliberately burn down your house and expect to get paid, you can't buy liability insurance, get sued by someone, then continue to utter the very things that got you sued in the first place and expect your insurance to continue to cover you.

Until the allegations that Dominion Software really did switch votes is proven in a court of law, just saying that they did without solid proof will get you sued by Dominion.

I'm sorry, but those are the harsh realities, and we aren't facing Newsmax's legal bills.

NEWSMAX will prevail, they will claim absence of malice. It is Lindell that may have a problem. He will use the statistical data to show he has a legitimate concern that the Dominion systems are compromised. He may win if he can show a legit reason for his claims. Lindell is not a fool, he has to believe he is on the right path. I am not sure Dominion really wants to go to court. During discovery any abnormality could cost them their current contracts even if a court said that Lindell’s evidence while compelling does not prove Dominion actions affected the election results. But, it could impact Dominion's contracts especially if they lied to Congress on the ability to manipulate data and connection to the web.

Stopped watching NEWSMAX because I really cannot deal with Spicer. Just not my cup of tea. Sellers just buttressed my feeling that NEWSMAX is a weak sister to OANN. I just cannot stomach FOX anymore. I went back to just reading the news and the occasional Rush show. Streaming or MSM is so slanted as to be unwatchable. Sadly, you get a less slanted view by watching NHK news.
