Dismissal would be appropriate.

The lawyers are correct but are tilting at windmills. The Democrats in the House don’t care about any of that.

If the Senate actually holds a trial, with witnesses, they should be lambasted for this distraction. There are major issues that need to be dealt with by Congress and trying to remove a person from an office he does not hold is the height of absurdity.

The other argument for this impeachment being unconstitutional is that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has refused to preside over the senate trial.

Still drawing a blank re how they can “try” someone who allegedly is no longer in office.

Unless, of course, there really is something to the scuttlebutt we’re seeing on various sites.

If true I’m glad. Let’s let Trump keep his eligibility for future presidency and there’s plenty of time and opportunity to wage the good war.

Trump’s team needs to take a different tack. The Democrats don’t care if they have the votes or not or if its constitutional or not. They are going to beat him over the head with videos and a narrative to destroy him and his reputation in the public’s eyes.

That is their goal.

His legal team needs to get on the ball and attack that angle instead of arguing technicalities. This is a straight up political attack.

Gee Donald what about those 3 new justices you put in place. It turns out that they are just a lawless as the rest and would probably rule against you in this matter.

NOT A SOLICITATION SINCE I DID NOT GIVE A LINK. DO A SEARCH AND MAKE SOME FUN PUBLIC COMMENTS.

TRUMP 2020 BOWLING BALL — CUSTOM DESIGNED ONE OF A KIND POLITICAL MEMORABILIA. Condition is “Used”. It will ship free to buyer by ground with one of the two big private shippers. It is a great keepsake to remind everyone of the stolen election. Sure, there is no problem changing state law without the legislature just before an election or driving down 200K ballots from NY to Pennsylvania in a trailer or stopping counting in the middle of the night or a fake water main break or underage voters or out of state voters or Trump votes ending up in dumpsters or more votes counted than actual votes cast or ballot harvesting or not verifying signatures or blocking the view of observers or ballots that mysteriously appeared with only a vote for President or votes counted that arrived late. We all saw what happened.

This ball is a work of art. I spent probably 40 hours designing and redesigning it. It is a spare ball and made of plastic, which is a typical ball of choice for right handers who want to more consistently pick up a dreaded 10 pin or lefties for a 7 pin. Unlike a performance ball, it does not hook.

The ball was actually briefly seen in a TRUMP 2020 rap video along with decorated bowling pins. For some time I tried to score an invitation to the White House bowling alley, but I just could not make the right contact. I doubt that the guy with dementia will make an invitation unless it is a set up to put me in confinement. He is lucky if he can remember how to get to the residence floor to go to bed. If I ask the press secretary for an invitation, will she circle back to me? I wonder if John Kerry could deliver it in his private jet that emitted about 116 metric tons of carbon last year. You an I only account for about 5 metric tons.

The TRUMP 2020 ball is absolutely one of a kind. The company that made it would not make another without a licensing agreement with the Trump organization. Many of my friends wanted one.

There are a few marks on it, but it was hardly used since the China Virus shut down bowling alleys. A non-abrasive cleaner may be helpful to take off some oil from the lanes.

Reason for selling: I am selling off many of my possessions to acquire a parcel of land in the desert where I will build an undergound bunker, a Faraday cage, and attempt to get off the grid as did Gene Hackman in ENEMY OF THE STATE.

WARNING: if you purchase this ball, I will not be responsible if you are sent to re-education camp.
We all know where the country is heading. I just got my letter that my camp is in Visalia, CA. Thank goodness it was not one of the urban Third World hellholes run by Democrat mayors. Thanks, Neil, Brett, and Amy for not hearing the massive amount of evidence. Why did we even bother fighting for you? And what the heck happened to Roberts? For all those “educated” in a failing public school and were never assigned to read “1984,” get a copy. We are living it.

President Trump’s legal team says impeachment trial unconstitutional, calls for acquittal

If they think the trial is unconstitutional then why are they pushing for a trial and acquittal? Shouldn't they be pushing for a dismissal and no trial at all?
