Let’s say the House did vote to expel her. That would make the seat vacant, which would cause a special election. Greene would almost certainly run in the special election, and would most likely win. Then what?

Then we proceed to expel Omar, Tlaib, AOC etc for serious crimes, including Omar marrying her brother and immigration fraud, and vicious anti semitism etc, when we take over the House in 2022.
