His name is Richard, not Rachel. He may have mutilated and disgraced himself and his family but he is still a male. Sadly when society should have given him mental help it instead facilitates his destructive delusions in the craven name of tolerance.
I know who he is and he’s delusional and untrustworthy.
In this case, using non gender specific pronouns makes perfect sense.

Of course it does. "Rachel" is actually Richard and his DNA will always say he's Richard but he doesn't seem to know that. Basic biology says he has a mental illness and as a "doctor" he can't or won't recognize his own sickness. I wouldn't trust a "doctor" that can't figure out basic biology.
People are mad at Twitter because they acted like a platform for free speech for a long time and now they have decided that they are on one side. They are no different than a huffington post to me now which is a place I don’t go and don’t care what they say or censor. Twitter doesn’t want us and we don’t want them. It still needs to sink in to a lot of people that they aren’t interested in free speech or open to differing opinions. They are just another liberal comment board. The shock value of what they do is approaching zero.
