Kinzinger says he is not vying for leadership in the GOP or some form of higher office. His goal is just to drive the conspiracy theorists and racists out of the Republican Party.
What "darkness and division" specifically is he talking about? Alleging election fraud? What specifically did Jordan say or do that he objects to? Is he calling Jordan a racist? Or he is just throwing out random sentences that are designed to get attention?
Calling people racists without solid grounds for doing so is peddling "darkness and division". It is what's tearing the country apart - not Trump or his supporters, but irresponsible cretins like Kinzinger who run around calling everyone racist at the drop of a hat. People who throw the "racist" label around that way don't belong in the Republican party. Or if they do belong, then I don't belong.
