That’s a part of our problem where a bureaucracy can write laws and enforce them. The EPA is great for that.

This whole covid crap is getting to be so blown out of proportion I think it will wind up being a problem equal to or greater than the voter fraud. It was their tool to steel the election, now it’s their tool to show their power and flex muscle.

The so called vaccine is not a vaccine, but a DNA modifier that still allows us to get the virus, we still have to wear masks, we can still transmit the virus, and there are side effects that kill or last a life time.

I see a huge uprising coming, the net result is Trump will be way on top in terms of popularity.

I’ve often wondered why this country needs a legislature at all when it seems we are ruled by judges and bureaucrats.

The federal government can only enforce laws they make on federal needs. It’s like them signing the $15 an hour minimum wage law. Only federal employers of federal employees are actually required to pay it.

The Tenth Amendment was intended to confirm the understanding of the people at the time the Constitution was adopted, that powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. There is nothing about a minimum wage in the Constitution. There is nothing about health care or needs there either except the responsibility of States’ rights.

Now if the states wish to follow that call, they will have to do it legislatively locally. But with their history of fudging calling it a federal mistake put on by Trump in the past, no idea how many will actually mandate it.

And the stupidity in my mind is they are trying to get out of the covid business that they used primarily to get Trump. By continuing the lockdown with further rules, tacked on to future tax increases and other monkeys on the voters’ backs, they are separating themselves from the will of the people who at some point want to be left alone if that hasn’t already happened like in California where they are openly defying Newsome.

They can’t. What they can do is to administratively include some act or thing as belonging to an existing law. Not that that difference makes a hill of beans to the person being persecuted for something that was legal yesterday.
