Although, even if the statement is true I find it to be irrelevant. He ordered COVID infected people into the nursing homes contain those most vulnerable to COVID *and* *knew* *it*.

But since up to 70% of Covid-19 deaths occurred in CT nursing homes and 66 percent in MA then maybe this attempt at damage control is not actually false.
