LOL. Roberts is in on the fix, and he's got the three Trump justices on a short leash. Expect a 6-3 or 7-2 decision to uphold this if it becomes law.

It is a state issue. Presidential elections are actually 50 separate elections. (57 in obama’s case)
But the states that changed their election laws and/or used dominion machines will not change their ways. So states that have honest elections get screwed by other states turning in false ballots. That was the crux of lawsuit brought by Texas. And the supremes refused to even listen to the evidence. If the corrupt states don’t clean up their elections, this will be the recipe for all future elections.
