How the hell is this Constitutional? Trump did nothing to be censured, impeached or kept from ever holding office. I had had enough of this crap ass country. What a damn dismal place.
It isn't. Congress can't censure or impeach a private citizen.
It's not constitutional, but that doesn't stop the RATS these days because they've got enough judges out there to keep anything they pass in effect until it hits SCOTUS where they figure they can get Roberts and one of the three Trump-appointed cowards to uphold it.
However, this one is particularly important for them to get into the system because it's against President Trump so they can continue their Khan routine—"I've done far worse than kill you, Admiral. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on hurting you."—while working toward packing the Court with six more leftist justices which will undoubtedly make it constitutional along with a host of other horrible things.
If these assholes do anything of the sort they need to be afraid to walk down the street. This is evil and unconstitutional.
