Indeed. Professor Dershowitz was just on NewsMax and said exactly that. He said, short of President Trump being convicted of a felony there is nothing the Congress can do to prevent him from running again.

I totally agree. But wouldn’t it be fun to see Trump appeal to Supreme Court and have them slap down these moron radicals in Congress now? Assuming at least that Roberts agrees after declining to preside last week.
