Lawmakers introduce legislation to massively expand mail-in voting. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) on Thursday introduced legislation to allow all registered voters to have the option to vote from home.
The Vote at Home Act would require all registered voters to be sent mail-in ballots prior to Election Day, guarantee that voters had the option to either vote by mail or vote in person at the polls, and enact automatic voter registration for all citizens with driver’s licenses or permits.
It would be a significant expansion of mail-in voting.

Since the election is rigged and dishonest anyways, might as well request 155 ballots for every home in America, then we can maybe have Trump beat Biden in 2024 789 million to 714 million popular votes?!
It’s time for a new candidate. for every office. the one we can count on. Are you ready?

Forever hold your banner high! President, Senator, Governor, Supervisor, Alderman, Mayor, he’ll hold whatever office there may be!
Coming to election theaters nationwide, very soon!
Ok legal minds out there. In the constitution each state is to have a representative form of government. Other than guaranteeing civil right in voting, the Federal Government does not make voting laws? States enact voting laws? Isn’t that correct? Would a bill such as this be constutional as, at least for president, the constitution gives legislatures the authority to make laws?
Seems right...isn’t that the reason the Supreme Court kicks these cases to the curb?
They can’t pass a law outlawing or changing what the Constitution says. The State Legislatures have SOLE Jurisdiction.
Thanks for your insight. You confirmed what I thought was correct but not 100% sure.
Sure they can pass this law. And, the SCOTUS can certainly refuse to hear any case concerning this law too. The law and the Constitution simply mean whatever the communist party wants it to mean on any given day. Welcome to Oceania, prole.
I believe the elections in four states were not run according to the legislatures’ laws. SCOTUS kicked out the Texas case for lack of standing (that is they couldn’t show damages). Now they have lost thousands of jobs through Executive Orders but it is too late.
just line up 2 uni partay members and do a coin toss and pay them both big money in big gov gobble
I thought this was a state issue, not a Federal issue.
There must never again be mail-in voting allowed. If a person does not go to the polls to vote they do not vote. Note well that it is democrats who are pushing this. If this country allows this, all is lost.
The only way we’ll get meaningful election reform is when Republicans engage in meaningful election fraud.
Time for 12/6-II
