If you read a little closer they are blaming privately owned nursing homes, not Cuomo for forcing them to accept Covid positive patients.

In other words they're coming after the nursing homes, so they should lawyer up now.

Here’s another question nobody’s asking: Why did so many facilities take back the patients when Fedzilla said they didn’t have to...?
