Since the so called COVID19 Virus has NEVER been Isolated, and can’t be proven to even exist, how did they come up with a Vaccine for something that can NOT be proven to even exist???

The president did not come up with this vaccine. He does not work for big pharma. I am sure he thought it would be like a flu vaccine.
