I own a software company. This will sound cold-hearted, but if I am going to hire someone with no real-world coding experience, it won't be a 40-year old welder who is used to making $100k+ a year. I will hire a high school kid or current college student for $25/hr. You're saying you make rational decisions based on what's best for your company? And not on what's best of the delusions of white liberal elites in the Biden Administration?
That's going to be a crime soon...
