All of the posters here that rag on and on about what is or is not legal according to the US or Texas Constitutions are pathetically dense and downright stupid at the root. We now live under the bootheels of a criminal tyranny that was illegitimately forced on Texans and everyone else by a criminal USSC and traitorous despots of both political parties in Congress. The principle of law that applies here is “Fraud vitiates everything” which means any prior agreement between the US or Texas governments are null and void. Questions of legality no longer matter at this juncture.
