Guess it depends on your definition of emergency. Ask any of the hundreds of people killed and hurt by invading criminal aliens if that is an emergency and if they thought of the wall as 'stupid.'
I guess Schumer doesn’t consider human trafficking, criminal cartels, violent gangs, slavery, sex slavery, child slavery, etc. to be major issues of concern.
