Well, since Andrew Jackson was the founder of the Democratic Party, a case can be made for getting rid of him. He did win the battle of New Orleans but he was not very nice to the civilized Indians who did not want to be ethnically cleansed from their ancestral homelands.

For opponents of Andrew Jackson who had a much bigger impact than Harriet Tubman, I can think of three: John Quincy Adams, Henry Clay, and John C. Calhoun. Maybe reconvene the members of the 1776 Commission and ask them to make a pick.

LOL. Agreed.

Have no problem with a Jackson being replaced with Tubman. Tubman would be appalled at what we have become as a society, I think.
