If she contests Dominion's lawsuit, she will FINALLY have an opportunity to prove her case in court, and in the court of public opinion. Better late than never.
From what I read, no Court, including the Supreme Court would look at her evidence. Period. From what I gather from what I read, they never looked at her evidence to be able to accept it or reject it. They just refused to look at it.
