I’ve seen piles of probative evidence strewn along the path simply because a tribunal did not want to hear or see it. They lack time or interest. They call the shots.
Plus you need skilled presenters. Boil down the presentation, be concise, give it in little bites. Be interesting and exciting. Make them want to hear/see more.
