*IF* this actually was a case of political self-aggrandizement using the withholding of evidence and not full sharing of required information during discovery, I am 100% behind throwing the politically motivated crooked prosecutor out.

OTOH, if this is yet another witch hunt of a man just because he has an “R” behind his name, well, this is a problem.

Prosecutors seem to have forgotten that they are there to pursue justice, not convictions!

The officer who signed the affidavit for the search warrant says he verified with a postal inspector that the address received suspicious mail. He never spoke with a inspector.
