Ontario, Canada barber shop reopens using loophole given to film industry.
She sets up cameras and microphones and is cutting hair again. Good for her!
She is brilliant!
God bless her Wish!
Wish we had more Americans who thought outside the box like this and were willing to fight for their own livelihoods....
God bless her...
The local gubment will not be toyed with in this fashion. There will be pain.
There is a hair salon in our building (where I work). There are already strict protocols involved with how these businesses can operate safely (masks, etc) and I fail to understand why they were shut down back in December and onward, along with other venues that were far more likely to be sources of spreading the virus.
“Single moms” take notice how this affects their futures.
Well, that’s one to go about it. Another way is simply to drive the entire economy underground and pay cash for services. That already is happening....
The movie and TV industry paid good money (well, Canadian dollars which are very similar to money) for that loophole. You don’t get to use it for free, lady.
In my experience, Canada doesn’t have nearly as large a law enforcement “industry” as the US; they are more reliant on voluntary cooperation than jackbooted thugs.
Canada lags behind the US in police misconduct but their cops are ahead of ours when it comes to contempt for civil rights. The RCMP regularly conducts warrantless search and seizure, people are arrested for simply being conservative, police murder people, etc.
Try watching Rebel Media from Canada on You Tube for a start. You’ll see Canada is not a free country.
Canada is not a free country at all; they just have a lot less cops proportionately. Outside of big cities I never saw any at all.
