The word ‘distributing’ is probably misused in this case. If you were a clinic and had 1,000 reservations possible tomorrow, and only 700 people applied and showed up...your statistical analysis is skewed. It’s already being noted in various states and via different hospitals...they aren’t getting people to show up.
Maybe they should offer a $1,400 check if you show up and get both shots (cynically spoken of course).
