Where I live (conservative area) the answer is no. Most women don’t care If it doesn’t impact them directly. Also they love the propaganda, “girl power!” which means girls are boys.

People card most when they get hurt personally.
So the parents of the girls who have to sit the bench, so boys can play to win the title are going to be the ones who have to do the heavy lifting.
You don’t seem to be looking at the big picture. Those women will care when their daughters come home crying because they lost their athletic scholarship to some guy, and won’t be going to that trendy university......they’ll care when their daughter gets raped by some jerk at middle school who decided he felt like a girl and “shared” the girls lavatory that day. They’ll care when they find out there’s no sex separation in the showers at school.
