No state can recall their federal elected officials. That needs to change immediately.
THAT ^^ since the b@st*rds won't EVER vote term limits for themselves.
This is the ONLY way we can ever get these evil, vile, career DC swampers out.
What needs to change is who is finalizing and sending the slate of electors from the state to the house of representatives.
The constitution says that the state legislatures have the say in how elections are done and certified. Why is the final step being passed off to the governor or anyone else? If this would have been the case in Georgia, when those two people in the state legislature disagreed on the certification but were then pressured into it and wanted to pull the certification back, they would have been able to. Instead, the governor and/or SOS said, “too late we already sent it in.”
There is too much passing the responsibility going on here.
