I can’t recall the last time I saw a fatality caused by a drunk.

"...Killing more than drunks." "Link?" "Link?" is always the reply, because the research for driving has been a matter of obtaining data from illegal drugs, and because the government doesn't want to fund studies that would inhibit legalization. They should give free hits with the COvid vacs and let people drive home. Legalization efforts would die quickly. Let's be real, this is a matter of taking more money from peoples' wages through taxes.
