Not at all. You have the natural right not to be subjected to others' noxious odors, whatever the source - and driving while smoking ought not be allowed to happen. But we don't ban everything that smells bad, nor do we ban alcohol because it impairs driving.
There was no typo in my innitial post. The typo I was refering to was the one you quoted in post 130, which is the post I was responding to. You are a piece of work.
