Onward to the Patriot Party.

Welcome to our two party system. You can create it, but it will fail miserably.

Insofar that Trump is a NYer and therefore familiar with the multiple party lines allowed in their (and a few other states and jurisdictions’) elections, my hope would be that he starts the patriot party to at least at first support MAGA candidates from within the GOP and GOP primary system. I’d even like to see him start it immediately as a vessel for state-level legislature slates and reforms to restore election integrity PLUS to add that multiparty system to more states as possible.

Even in those states that don’t allow such overlapping party vote counts, an informal Patriot Party, like the Tea Party, could still be massively influential in 2022.
