Maybe he is thinking about a party that fights both inside and outside the GOP and pragmatically cannibalizes off of it.
That’s probably what he will end up trying to do.
Trump despises Democrats more than the GOP. This is Trump becoming bigger than the GOP. He’s becoming a kingmaker.
I don’t trust Trump with primary challengers. He had picked the wrong ones too many times.
Plus that puts us still supporting the lesser of the evils every general election.
