Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Tuesday repeated the widely-held belief among his leftist colleagues that President Donald Trump should “not be eligible to run for office ever again,” a goal they hope to achieve as part of the forthcoming Senate impeachment trial.
“After what he has done, the consequences of which we were all witness to, Donald Trump should not be eligible to run for office ever again,” Schumer said on the Senate floor Tuesday, the last full day of Trump’s presidency.

Then there was Conrad Adenauer, the first chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, who rebuilt a country that was literally in ruins. I believe Adenauer was in his 90’s in the 1950’s.

This one worked flawlessly for them. All the Judges, all the Military(!), all the celebrities, 98% of the Social Media , 99.9% of the lawyers stuck together, defying all logic.

I’ve been talking a lot about Churchill after the Tories were routed in 1945 by Labour.
Labour ran an effective campaign, while the Conservatives really had nothing to offer but “We’ve Got Churchill!”
And Churchill shot himself in the foot, during the campaign, had it not been for Churchill’s continuing popularity, the Tories would have dumped him after the election.
Churchill eventually made it back to 10 Downing Street in 1951, at the age of 76, and stayed until he retired in 1955.

The GOP is counting on registered Republicans to forgive and forget their voter abuse these past years, and their most recent backstabbing of us. I'm in the process of changing my registration to Independent, but mark my words, I won't be voting in any election ever again, unless it's for a candidate in a new Conservative party that respects and represents the values, and the country I hold dear.
I don’t think Trump will ever run again and should not. He is going to have his hands full for the next 4 years dealing with to much other stuff.
Also he will not want what Joe and Kamala have sowed. It will be a huge mess. ‘’
Trump may be a lucky man yet as he will not have to deal with the realities that Joe is going to have with the budget the new huge deficits, etc. . He should just be laughing and laying low.
