I suspect they will continue to hold that Sword of Damocles over him, even when he leaves. I suspect he’ll quietly drop the subject and focus on the future.
I think when people see the crap sandwich they are about to swallow, they will forget a lot of things about Trump.
yes I strongly felt while watching it, Trump was given very little leeway in what he was allowed to say...

What on earth? Who are “they” that will remove him.
Of course, he did not mention fraud. It does not fit the tenor and cadence he wanted to establish, which was to point to his successes and optimism for the future.
There will be another time and place to mention the steal, but this speech certainly was not the time and place.
