“Fb suspended my account because of something I MESSAGED a friend.”

It is not “your” account, it is their account and they use it to profit from your information. It’’s use is like having coffee in the morning. FB is an addictive habit that is as potentially harmful to your position in life as using drugs.

I’ve known several (teachers, police etc)that got fired from good jobs because of a slight lapse in judgement in what they posted (and pre cancel culture). If it was a conservative run service the Dems would be requiring FB to pay for victimized user’s for addiction treatment.

Yes it’s my account with my name. The same as apoliticalione is your account name. Hence, why the log in ask you for ‘your’ login ID. However there are regulations indeed. I did not however break a regulation as they did not tell me what I did. Unless sending a Tucker Carlson’ video by means of messenger is against policy. If it is, they did not indicate.

And I post on messenger. Not fb. Your example was regarding public posts. Mine was not. Messenger is a texting service which is part of fb. It allows for private messaging which is helpful to not pay international texting charges. It’s a great way to communicate with friends/family because so many of them are on fb.
