As far as Pence, McConnell, McCarthy not attending Trump's departure, the reality is Trump's the one leaving early. I don't know if it's traditional for VP & congressional leaders of the outgoing president's party to be in attendance.
Them not seeing Trump off means nothing and doesn't effect how I feel about any of those men.
