Dominion Voting Systems sent MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell a letter warning him of an impending lawsuit due to his claims of the election technology company being involved in fraud in the 2020 election.
The letter sent to Lindell, an outspoken ally of President Trump, was one of 150 new preservation and cease-and-desist notices sent out by the firm, which has vociferously denied being involved in an alleged scheme to tilt the election in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.
“You have positioned yourself as a prominent leader of the ongoing misinformation campaign,” the letter to Lindell, obtained by the Washington Examiner, cautioned. "Litigation regarding these issues is imminent."

I’m gonna laugh when some patriots visit that law firm, dressed like Mohawk Indians ala Boston Tea Party (wearing full balaclavas of course).
And what are they going to do sue him for pointing out the obvious that the only states that had voter irregularities used their software?
Disclosure
Dominion has been threatening numerous people for a couple of months with “imminent” lawsuits. They’ve yet to file a single one. What are they afraid of? Discovery!
They are all bluster for PR purposes. Knowing the MSM will report their threats as real and meaningful. It’s all a PR Smear campaign against those who call them out.
They’re just begging for a visit from Project Veritas.
Never sue someone who has “F*** You” money. Lindell’s attorneys will have a party during discovery.
Left wing trash will do anything to hide the steal.
My husband used to work for a Judge who used to say, “you can sue anyone for anything but that does not guarantee that you will win”. Sue away Dominion and see what happens.
So... We have been told told to shut up...Or else, welcome to 1932. You get what you want.
Makes me suspicious of Dominion.
This is total strong-arm stuff. Shut up or else.
God Bless you, Mr. Lindell.

‘I want Dominion to put up their lawsuit because we have 100% evidence that China and other countries used their machines to steal the election’

The threatened back down and put out “retractions”.
This company and their lawyer goons are seriously pissing Americans off.
I’d bet it’s already happened.
Yes, Mark would make an excellent defense attorney.
“The threatened back down and put out “retractions”.
Some have. But, they are only Media Companies such as, NewsMax, Faux News, The Blaze, etc...but, their threats to persons such as Powell, Wood, and now Lindell have remained threats alone. Not one actual suit has been filed against any of those Individuals.
Businesses are cowards. They cave at the drop of a pin. Jesse Jackson and others learned this long ago.
In fact, Donald Trump spoke of this during his primary run. He stated that he and his company NEVER, not once, caved to this extortion.
He told his audience again and again that he spent more money to defeat the extortion than it would have cost him to cave into it. Why? Because of the principle of the thing.
