There is a gang presence in Tobyhanna. Hard to believe but true. The gated communities up there are full of drug dealers because poloce don’t patr them. Apparently a lot of certain types of New Yorkers fled there when the economy depressed in the poconos region in the 90s and per usual turned it into a shithole. We sadly learned all of this when we rented a place on a lake in the middle of gangland. The county is democrat of course.
