Washington, D.C. is the gathering place for the world's greatest minds to bestow all their problem solving ideas on the general public including how to fix the homeless problem and they're unable to solve the homeless problem right there in their midst.
p.s. I feel I am entitled to some sort of award for using "they're", "there" and "their" in the same sentence. Appropriately.
