Apparently Barr, the all-knowing “Attorney General”, can’t even read the Constitution. For it he did, he would see that even if there wasn’t a single fraudulent vote, there were so many votes that were submitted illegally, following processes that had not been devised or approved by the state legislatures, that eliminating those illegal votes alone would have changed the outcome.

As it is inconceivable that he doesn’t know about Article II, Section 1, Clause 2, one has to conclude that Barr is just a corrupt liar.

I hear this argument but how do you determine who those “illegal” votes went to? You can’t just assume they went to Biden so you can’t say they changed the outcome.
