I will admit to being mildly amused at the way the left have swallowed the concept if “The Cult of Personality” as is we merely love Trump’s personality.

They don’t understand that we love Trump’s policies. We love that he truly shares the same priorities as us. He is not a politician who’s words only last until the election is over.

I think he is running for President in 2024 and does not want to compete against Trump. I consider them the last two Democrats. What won it for Sniffer was Georgia. It should have been 55/45 but ended up 50/50. Trump knew what to look for, but, they snookered him.

He’s also maneuvering to set himself up as a VP choice if Harris moves up to replace Dementia Joe.

The “cult of personality” is real. But the reality vs the Hollywood version are different things. The reality is of a ruler requiring his subjects to prostrate themselves before him just so they can continue existing. It’s the moral equivalent of a cattle brand, an expression of tyrannical power, which probably doesn’t make the cattle exactly grateful to the people who branded them. Those subjects don’t actually worship the ruler, which is why Saddam Hussein and the Assads of Syria have had way more assassination attempts mounted against them than US presidents throughout their tenures.

Let me get this straight. A Senator whose political party is all in for the “Green New Deal”, whose state has a major industry that will be adversely affected by the GND and whose other Senator and the state’s Governor are Republican thinks its a good idea to ban PDJT from the internet. This is a Lynne Cheney level of political suicide.

Manchin does this crap every time. They have impeached trump twice, now they want to “DEPLATFORM him, whatever the hell that means. Why don’t they just burn him at the stake? This country has been turned back to Obama in 2016, TRUMP NEVER HAPPENED, we were all in the Twilight Zone.

About half of Harding' 1920 7MM popular vote margin (again, not my favorite metric for "mandate" or "closeness) came from five states and all of it came from 19 states, if you sort all of Harding's state raw vote margins from highest to lowest.

About half of FDR's (also) 7MM popular vote margin in 1932 came from eight states, and all of it came from 34 states.

Biden's winning* popular margin of (I'm not kidding) 7.1MM votes in 2020 came from just two states - CA (5.1MM) and NY (2MM).

By contrast, Obama's 2008 9.6MM margin came from seven states, with CA accounting for 34% and NY for 21% of the margin.

It's not a strong story for Joe.

That’s an intriguing number, and serves to highlight how incompetent this moron was in running his campaign. He should have blown Trump out, but ended up with a razor-thin win, relative to his huge pandemic-related advantages.

The biggest problem we have is that the Democrat candidate basically starts out with 150 EVs without even having to lift a finger. Whereas a Republican nominee has to fight for every EV he can get.

People foolishly thought Manchin was a moderate ... there are no moderates in the Bolshevik party. The morons in the Lincoln Project have already felt the assault of the Long Knives .... no, it wasn’t the Conservatives that outed the Lincoln Project freaks, perverts and traitors, it was their Bolshevik best buddies. Watch them turn on the other traitors shortly.

I think that’s in the process of changing. In the long run, PA, WI and MI will become red states. The process was interrupted by the pandemic, but the trend will continue.

In addition, Hispanics are likely to continue migrating over to the GOP because unlike blacks, they want to work. Not just hold down a quota-based sinecure and get paid for doing nothing - actually produce goods and services.

Another issue is the Democrat obsession with letting blacks kill anyone they want with as little legal repercussion as possible. Hispanics live in many of the areas affected by black dysfunction. Ever notice how you never hear of Hispanics getting up in arms over a Hispanic getting killed by a cop while in the process of resisting arrest? That’s because most think criminals should be killed. For instance, Mexico has no death penalty, but popular support for it is higher than in the US.

He sees himself as a Robert Byrd a power broker.
He figures if the Alt left destroys all the major industries that effects his state he can just allocate huge pork that way.
He’s politicking as to secure major spots on committees and committee chairmanships too fo just that WV as much as red as it is still struggles with new deal socialist/welfare type of thinking

Hey Manchin, Who is freer, someone who freely states his mind or someone who lacks enough conviction in his position that he has to forcibly silence his opposition?
