Minnesota has long been a “quiet” Marxist-influenced state going back to the “Iron Ranges” labor movement and then the Communist Party’s infiltration and influence on the Democrat-Farm-Labor Party of the mid-1900’s.
Now this Marxist revisionism is poisoning the state’s education system. Time to move fast and hard to stop it.
As part of the Iron Range movement, the Communist movement had youth camps in northern Minnesota in the early 20th century, in Hibbing (Gus Hall’s home town) starting in 1906 and nearby Mesaba Park from 1929—selected partly because of isolation from law enforcement, although the FBI eventually put Mesaba Park under surveillance from 1940 to 1978 (Case File 100-MP-110).
