She isn’t virtue signaling at all. “Anti-Racism” is an actual thing. Critical Race Theory is the framework and “Anti-Racism” is the solution. If you don’t understand what these worldviews mean and how utterly destructive they are to every aspect of life, then you’ll never understand the cultural revolution that’s occurring in our country right now. Don’t ever assume you understand the meaning of the terms they use - like “racism”, “white supremacy “ or “equity” until you actually learn the redefined meaning of these concepts through the critical theory lens. Nothing is what you think.

Bravo for your insight into the nature of Critical Race Theory! In Washington State they are considering SB 5044 which requires “training for school staff, certified instructional staff, certificated administrative staff, and the superintendent, and school board directors, from an approved list of recommended on “equity, inclusion, diversity, antiracism,” and “dismantling institutional racism in the public school system.””

Critical Race Theory is the central basis of Cultural Marxism. In my mind, it is the cultural black hole pitting one faction against another that will consume American Culture and all that is good in it.
