I have many poor relatives who donate to the NRA like they tithe to church - money that truly impacts their budget. Yeah, I am a little bitter about where that money went. It’s been completely out of control for a long time and my sources are solid and are not based on the leftist media narrative.
Conflating my disdain for the ever increasing salaries and expense accounts for the executive staff of the NRA with the reason for the groups existence would be a mistake.
