Aren’t they like plastic now? Lincoln never used plastic...
No, they’re wood but not as dense, lighter in weight, the stain isn’t as rich, they aren’t as smooth/well sanded and the sound when they clank is all wrong.
The plastic roofs and attachments are a thinner, crappier plastic that’s not molded as nice.
K’NEX aren’t the same, either.
Nothing big but a noticeable downgrade in quality.
Most toys seem that way now...everything really.
