No fetal tissue lines were used in development or testing in the mRNA vaxxes. They are designed on computers and created synthetically and went straight to live animal testing at warp speed.
Tissue cultured vaccines is time consuming old tech that may be entirely replaced with mRNA synthetic vaccines if this turns out well.

Maybe I am a conspiracy nut, but it sure looks to me like an excuse to advance troops into population centers, until all the large cities look like DC? Hmmm, or maybe 10,000 is not very many to put forward...
