Biteme better hope none of those horrible soldiers has an itchy trigger finger....
I posted this on another thread the other day..
“I have a friend who did 36 months in Iraq. Natl Guard. He came back after have been blown up in a humvee. Of those in that thing, only one got out without injuries. He has a huge back problem now, went to Ft Knox to have a disk surgery and they did the wrong disk.
On his way to Milwaukee to see a specialist, he and his wife had stopped at a red light in the city. A black dude came up beside them and said something snotty. He racked his 9MM and called him the N word and was going to shoot the guy. The guy went through the red light and took off.
His wife said that it took HOURS to get him to calm down. After they got to the med center, she managed to get the 9MM and hide it in the vehicle.
He often goes out camping by himself and has told me that when he does, nobody had better get close to him.
I can talk to him. His wife says that I am the only one who he talks to that seems to clam him down.”
“There are a lot of these vets who have PTSD and if they get in line in front of the Guard there in DC, etc, they will deem it a favor if they get killed.”
I doubt they issue them live rounds.
