That’s part of it... the other part is that it’s the Dem-Rat’s way of snarling out a message of “Look what PDJT and his supporter caused... because of what THEY did in the Capitol, they forced us to do this! We had no choice!”

Except that Biden is not the commander-in-chief. Trump is. This is Trump doing this. Maybe at someone's request but does it seem likely that Trump wants this type of image?
