And what would be done with the evidence? The old adage “it is not what you know but what you can prove” might be true, but if you are never able to get in front of an honest judge and jury, what difference does it make. The adage should be “It is not what you know. It is not even what you can prove. It is what you can prove in front of an honest Judge and Jury, which is hard to come by these days. The “rule of law” died with the election.
I am well aware of that.
At this time, my thoughts are that the senators who knew months ago, and some of them had to know because DC operates on leaks, could be publicly shamed to the point that they become ineffective.
